Huntsville, Alabama — BREC Development, LLC led the recent acquisition of Bridgewater Apartments, a 334-unit Class A community located in Huntsville, Alabama.
SPM, LLC will be the property management company for this garden-style luxury community. Under the direction of Eddie Ivey, Director of Conventional Operations, and Angela Hollingsworth, Regional Property Manager, Bridgewater’s staff will handle all day-to-day operations. Bridgewater features a variety of amenities including a large swimming pool, tennis courts, Cyber Cafe, fitness center with cardio theatre and an Executive Business Center.
