Villa Maria II Apartments is a beautiful four-story apartment community for persons whose head of household is over the age of 62. These apartments are located directly behind Villa I and are sponsored by Catholic Housing of Birmingham I & II, Inc., which has been a housing provider in the greater Birmingham area since 1988 and takes pride in meeting the housing needs of our elderly population.
