Casa Santa Marta I and II feature 78 and 52 apartment homes respectively. Our homes are designed for individuals 62 years of age or older or those who have a mobility impairment disability. The one bedroom, one bathroom floor plans you’ll find at our communities feature amenities such as individually-controlled air conditioning and heat, all electric kitchen appliances, ceramic tile baths, private balconies, and a built-in smoke detector and fire sprinkler system.
