BIRMINGHAM–SPM today announced the appointment of Charee Russell as 2021 Regulatory Director for Florida and Sonya Carter as 2021 State Director for Alabama for the Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association (SAHMA).

Russell currently serves as Vice President, Property Management for SPM. She is based out of and oversees SPM’s Brandon, Florida office and is responsible for a portfolio of affordable and conventional properties across Florida and some select Northeastern states. She has been with SPM for 17 years. Carter currently serves as Regional Property Manager for SPM. She is based out of SPM’s Birmingham, AL office and oversees a portfolio of affordable properties across Alabama. She has been with SPM for 11 years.
